How to make


  1. Add the shallots, garlic, and red chili to the mortar and blend it.

  4. Add minced chicken, eggs, and scallions to the seasoning. Saute again until evenly distributed.

How to make:


  1. Saute ground spices using oil or butter until fragrant. Add canned tuna and saute until a delicious aroma. Add oyster sauce and flavoring and salt to taste, stir until thoroughly mixed.

  • 20 cayenne peppers

How to make:


  1. Garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper, and mashed salt. Can be blended or pulverized.
  2. Heat the cooking oil. After that, saute chicken and shrimp eggs that have been prepared. Then, add the finely grounded spices and saute until a delicious aroma is smelled.

4. Egg fried rice

  • 1 plate of white rice
  • 2 eggs (which have been beaten with a little salt and ground pepper)
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves thinly sliced ​​shallots
  • 2 cloves thinly sliced ​​garlic
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Saori sauce to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cucumber and tomatoes according to taste

How to make:


  1. Fry the eggs until they turn yellow. After that, saute shallots and garlic that has been thinly sliced. After the aroma comes out, add rice. Mix well.
  2. Once it's evenly distributed, add the soy sauce, salt and saori sauce to taste. Stir again. Do not forget to taste to make sure it is right with your tongue or not.
